Run by husband-and-wife team Michael and Marissa, our story began with a simple yet powerful inspiration: Grandma Patsy and her passion for cooking from the heart. Grandma Patsy found her greatest joy in bringing people together through food, and that same love is what led us to start a humble lunch wagon—one that eventually grew into the brick-and-mortar home of Patsy’s Food. With over 17 years of culinary experience, co-owner Michael has honed his craft across Italian, Asian, and American cuisine. His goal? To create dishes that bring warmth and comfort, just like Grandma Patsy’s home-cooked meals. Our customers know us best for our Signature Tempura Chicken Bites—crispy, golden-brown, bite-sized pieces of boneless chicken, perfectly paired with our beloved Patsy’s Anything Fried Sauce, a recipe inspired by Grandma Patsy herself. But that’s just the beginning. We also serve up dishes like Okinawan Shoyu Pork and Chicken Katsu Donburi, dishes that have quickly become customer favorites.
